Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more items as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided you ordered multiple items as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
- on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or piece, provided a item is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email):

You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, though this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For goods that, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (in particular freight/bulky goods), the direct costs of return are estimated at up to €200.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom-Made Goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This applies in particular to:
- Cut-to-size items (e.g. cut GRP panels, grating, profiles)
- Custom drilling / pre-drilling to specification
- Edge finishing, straightening, or other processing to customer specification
- Other custom-made items produced to individual specifications
Note for Business Customers (B2B)
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
